I was well thought out and well done.

Smart. Loving yet firm. Kind yet strong.

Mrs. Welty taught two of my grandchildren and her lesson plans were tailored to meet their needs. She could always be found mentoring or spending 1:1 time with individual students. She was firm when she had to be but fair and gentle and the kids responded well to her manner of teaching and eager to please. “Welty” is a household name here at home and we are proud and happy to say that we got to watch their you g family grow up over the years and we’ve shared life’s experiences almost like a family. My grandchildren now grown, still speak fondly of Mrs. Welty as we now and again remember those grade school days that went by too fast

She can explain clearly the topic and engages student participation.

Mrs. Welty is a wonderful teacher! She is amazing with the kids. She taught my son for two years and she was the best teacher. He learned so much...went to the Math Olympics because of her teaching. She is great with all ages of kids. My son is now 23 but if you ask him who he favorite teacher is, he will say Mrs. Welty!

Mrs. Welty has tremendous patience with each student no matter their skill level. She taught my daughter to have confidence, to believe in herself, and to stand up for herself before others. Her influence is invaluable.
