About Spencer
Meant2Move trainers all have over 10+ years of experience in fitness training. Our exercise and flexibility programs are functional and help maximize our clients fitness, performance, and longevity.
I love to inspire my clients to take control of their own health and longevity. The clients I have helped overcome body pains continue to progress to fitness goals they never knew were still possible.
After my time in the Marine Corps I developed a passion for fitness and helping people. Naturally I gravitated toward functional fitness training.
All trainers are certified and have 10+ years experience in the personal training industry.

Our assessment process includes posture, balance, flexibility, and body composition parts to fully optimize our clients training program.
Our clients are usually 55+ and usually have aches or pains we help them with during their fitness journey.
Check reviews and education. Too many "trainers" in this industry are uneducated when it comes to kinesiology and body mechanics.
Our client Jan started training with us and needed to use a walker. After 2 months with Meant2Move she no longer requires a walker.
