About Latrina
Latrina Woods specializes in women's strength training and weight loss. Her passion for training women started in 2010 during an internship at curves. Latrina Woods is NASM certified and certified to teach X-treme hip hop step aerobics. Latrina has trained and coached over 100+ women in New Orleans and Seattle.
With a background in sports and coaching, she's able to take someone with the least amount of experience to move in ways that they never moved before.
80% of weight loss and or body transformation is nutrition. With all clients, I first do a nutrition analysis and use that data to create meal plans designed to build lean muscle mass.
My workouts consist of resistance training and functional movement patterns that fix imbalances and maximize calories burned during and after your workout.

I played basketball all my life and I knew that I wanted to work in the fitness industry after college. After graduating college in 2011 I worked at various corporate gyms in Seattle and even started my own in-person training business.
The fitness industry is saturated with harmful, incorrect information that makes many people overwhelmed and discourage. I knew that I wanted to change that experience and that's how I started Vivify Training and Fitness.
