About Jonathan
We are christian based sports specific gym ! Our goal is to grow young and old athletes both spirtually, mentally and physically We specialize in speed, agility and strength training for youth athletes who aspire to play sports at the next level ! Not an athlete no problem ! We also have experience with weight loss, toning and muscle mass gain! All of our trainers were fromer athletes and are all nationally certified ! We also offer training for parents and everyday retired athletes.
I enjoy helping other achieve their goals mentally spiritually and physically ! This is my passion and I wake up every day greatfull for my opportunity
I was an athlete who’s career was ended early do to injury ! I was told by my Dr. that I could have avoided injury by an increased development in my quad ! That inspired me to help athletes stay injury free and healthy as well as pushing the limits to their abilities
I am NASM and NWCT certified with a focus in sports medicine and develooment! I played basketball, baseball , and football at a highly competitive level my entire life !
