I really like the workouts 👍👍👍
Jorge the owner is very hands on with the training and genuinely cares about your health and progress. He does this because he loves what he does not because he has to do it. I love how he tailors the workout depending upon each persons needs. He is passionate about your progress. In fact, his motto is, "Your progress is my progress." Give NRG a try. You will absolutely love it.
I love working out at NRG Fitness! Trainers/Coaches are very knowledgeable and patient. Price is very affordable. Best thing is that they are always looking for ways to bring in more equipment and other benefits for us members. The times to workout are also great because they accommodate my late workouts.
