About Mark
I have been an exercise enthusiast for over 40 years and in the past 7 years heavily mentored and coached by top fitness and nutritional coaches which led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer. God has put it on my heart to provide a safe judgement free place where teens and young adults with disabilities can come and workout and help them achieve their own health and fitness goals health at no cost to them or families..
I enjoy working with individuals and helping them achieve their goal. Just to see the emotional expression when they hit that PR on lifting, losing that extra pound and seeing them hit other accompment that improves healthy lifestyles.
Went through NASM accredited training program with the Brent Brookbush Institute for Certified Personal Trainers and as well as Certified in Human Movement specializing in corrective exercise. Worked with private trainers on correct exersice form, proper lifting techniques along with proper nutrition for weight loss.
