I utilize my knowledge and experience of 5 years working with clients in nutrition and training clients in fitness ranging from strength training, speed and agility, sports conditioning, flexibility/yoga, pilates, along with accountability to help them to loose weight and put on lean muscle mass so they can live the healthiest happiest version of themselves.

About the lesson

Initially I do an over the phone assessment to hear more about lifestyle, goals and health concerns then we set up a time to meet to do a physical evaluation that way I can design a program around all the information I have collected from each client. With virtual clients everything is done through FaceTime.

Make sure they provide an initial consultation first. You can't be sure that teacher has what you're looking for by a photo,it's good to have personalities that can work well together. It's important to take charge of your health now or you will literally pay for it later.

Where do I begin? In January 2019, I began my fitness journey with Renee. I chose to get a private trainer to prepare for my June wedding.

Renee made a special regimented health plan based on my desires and my body.

Within 3 months, I lost several inches and 9% body fat.

Renee made a diet plan based on my dietary restrictions and I never went hungry.

Renee is reasonable and human. She doesn’t set outrageous goals but attainable goals. She is so positive in nature, made me feel comfortable and kept me accountable. She is a fantastic accountability coach.

Renee is a very sincere and genuine person. I am so happy to have met her and so pleased to have chosen her during my fitness journey.

I cannot say good enough things about her. I have a old lower back disc issue and shoulder issue that badly flared up (wedding stress). With tons of research on her part, Renee completely changed my routine to fit my body alignments.
