About Heidi
I've been a Certified Personal Trainer for 15 years aswell as a Pilates Instructor for most of that time and a Yoga Instructor for 2years now. I LOVE working with people of all ages and abilities. During the day I am the Director of a Wellness Center where I also do Personal Training, teach Body Sculpting, Pilates and Yoga classes as well as do private Yoga sessions. In my FREE TIME I enjoy doing a little Online Personal Training for clients from around the country! I have a website and an app for my clients to utilize and workouts can be written up to be used in a home gym, a local gym or even at home with minimal equipment!
