About Zack

I have experience shooting most types of photography professionally. I am passionate, funny, respectful and am willing to explain things repeatedly if need be.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts with a Still based Media Design focus and a Minor in Art History for CCAD. Since graduating in 2006 I have worked for national companies and hundreds of private clients photographing 100’s of events like weddings, corporate, races and parties. I capture fun portrait sessions and I also shoot Real-Estate. I have taken classes on teaching photography and have trained people at different levels as well as being trained by other local and national photographers and companies.

About the lesson

I like to chat with a student to better understand their experience and knowlege of camera settings. If a student is totally fresh I then want to know what their end goals are in respects to understanding a camera and what they would like to best capture. First lesson is basic understanding of photography and light. Second lesson is camera funtions. Third lesson is tripod photography. From there we can go many directions or we can skip to the students level.

if a student is experienced we can chat about what they would like to improve on and go from their!
