About Patrick

I have a two story studio that is fully equipped with lights and backdrops. In addition I have a large fully equipped darkroom.

I am a people photographer. I offer complete photographic and video services including aerial photo/video. I am equipped to do anything but ny favorite by far is people. Portraits, weddings and events, fashion and beauty ... my first and most lasting influence came from the amazing photographers of LIFE magazine.

My first teaching job was in 1982 thru 1985 at Owens Technical College in Toledo. I started my studio in 1985 in Ann Arbor and had an arrangement for a number of years with the University of Michigan to do internships with art students. They would assist in the studio and get instuction and get college credits for their work.

I have a BA in Film Studies from Bowling Green State University. In addition I was awarded an annual scholarship from the Ohio Association of Broadcasters. Before starting my business in 1985 I had a career in television and radio in Toledo. And I worked for several years in the Photographic Services Dept of the Owens Corning Fibreglass Corp world headquarters in Toledo

I have taught photography at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Owens Technical College in Toledo, Ohio.

I operated a very busy studio in downtown Ann Arbor for 25 years. My studio is now in Tecumseh, Michigan
