About Mindia

I am a photographer and multimedia artist born and raised In Tbilisi, Georgia and now based in NYC. Working in fashion, advertising and travel photography I was always interested in exploring new possibilities and characters.

What fascinates me are people you meet everyday, personalities, lifestyle- I try to shoot living and breathing creatures, searching for momentum, recreating it by catching their mood and touching a small part of their soul.

I like to travel to far away places to find inspiration.. India, Ethiopia, Thailand. Hoping to see more and bring back the diversity of characters I meet on my life journey.

Always searching for different techniques I stumbled upon sunprinting, which is based on direct sun light exposure combined with cyanotype process. I have worked on few series with this technique and still use it for some of my new images.

About the lesson

Photoshop lessons offered by Mindia are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Brooklyn. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
