About Armin
I strive to always help students from a variety of backgrounds especially cross-cultural skills, with patience, empathy, competency, and reliability. You should feel appreciated and acknowledged for your academic dedication and efforts, regardless of your experiences.
I enjoy teaching because my sum of achievements thus far are because others taught me. Now, I want to teach students just as how I was once taught, but in a more open-minded and open-dialogue manner. Armin Tutors is open for any student looking to have tutoring in high school to collegiate level science and math subjects.
My tutoring is currently available in:
Algebra I/II, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, Calculus I/II, AP Calculus AB & BC.
General Chemistry I/II, AP Chemistry, Organic Chemistry I/II, General Biology, AP Biology, Genetics, Physics I/II, AP Physics I/II, AP Physics C: M/EM.
I first started tutoring when I was in high school, tutoring SAT Math and high school maths (algebra, geometry, and trigonometry) as community volunteering. My professional background in tutoring started when I entered collegiate tutoring services in 2019 and has continued since.
I have three lifetime certifications in international tutoring training from the College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA)'s ITTPC. Certified Tutor in Level I, II, and III (Master).
I have tutored at my university's educational services since 2019, in General Chemistry I-II, Organic Chemistry I-II, Physics II, and Genetics.

I would first advise to start with introductions to reach a mutual understanding, then review the student's background in said subject(s), and level of comfortability with the content and studying. After a background discussion, we can assess the student's learning style and then aim to set short, realistic goals during tutoring sessions.
Once we have established what we would like to accomplish during sessions, a flat pricing rate is provided for sessions that does not change for that particular subject.
During my training in the CRLA's ITTPC, we practice teaching with cross-cultural skills to reach a broad range of students from a myriad of educational and social backgrounds. I have worked with high school, college, and post-bac students from many educational backgrounds to great success.
