About Nadia
I'm a very patient, engaged and dedicated teacher. I think encouragement and clear instruction makes for an ideal musical learning environment. I am also committed to high quality musical instruction, as I have a summa cum laude degree in classical flute performance from New York University and a certificate of teaching for the Alexander Technique, a method that can help you play an instrument without excess tension and prevent pain and injury.
I love seeing music students gain knowledge, progress in something they're passionate about learning, and have fun while doing so! It's very rewarding to see the joy that making music and understanding all the elements of music can bring.
