About Hanhui
Hanhui Feng is a current Master of Music student in University of Houston at Moores School of Music, majoring in Piano Performance and studying with Dr Tali Morgulis.
She graduated from Xinghai Conservatory of Music in China, and studied piano with Dr Vivian Li. Before undergrad, she attended Central Conservatory of Music at Gulangyu Piano School, and studied piano with pianist Juabin Hou.
She has a rich experience of performing and has participated in many piano competitions, including:
The third-place prize in adult group of “2023 Pearl River• Kayserburg international youth piano competition,” in China
The third-place prize in professional group C of “2022 Steinway national piano competition in Guangdong competition area,” in China
The second-place prize in youth group of “2020 Guangzhou open Piano Competition,” in China and so on…
She also has been teaching piano for lower grade’s students as a teaching assistant since high school, and has a flexible style of teaching. (Depending on each student) She helped former students with piano jury, piano performance, piano competition, as well as daily practice, and has been giving great feedback from students and their parents.
