You can play flute or piano and I'd love to teach you! Regardless of previous playing experience, whether you're 12 years old or 65, discover what music can bring into your life when you take that first step and try!

60-minute weekly lesson- $70

30 - minute weekly lesson-$40.

Pay for a month in advance and get 4 lessons for the price of 3!

($210/month – 60 minutes; $120/month – 30 minutes)

Lessons include technical proficiency, note-reading, theory and listening to the masters in the field.

I've been playing flute for about 40+ years- and willing to admit it! I have experience playing many genres: classical, jazz, rock, folk and traditional Irish as well as experience in improvisation. Proving it's never too late to fulfill your dreams, I earned my BA in Music at UC Davis in 2017 at the ripe ol' age of 47! It was one of the best decisions I ever made!

Is piano more your thing? Super! I can teach you what you need to get started on your way to becoming the next Elton John, Duke Ellington, or Rachmaninoff!

Do you have mobility issues or a disability that makes playing extra challenging? So do I- in 2015 I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. I thought it would be the end of any playing and that was that. I learned just how wrong I was and what can be overcome with a little patience and determination!

Lessons will be given in my home studio in the Tahoe Park neighborhood of Sacramento. Let me share my knowledge and experience with you or your child and see how much playing music can enrich your life!🎼
