About Christina
I specialize in music teaching, including (but not limited to) music theory, literature, and composition. My bachelor's degree is in piano teaching and music composition with a Bible minor. In college, I tutored other college students in music theory and English composition for 3 years.
Watching my students thrive and make progress is what I enjoy most about my teaching. My goal is to be honest and careful in breaking down steps so that students can understand concepts they can apply to other theoretical or grammatical processes. My current classroom students say they have learned a lot from my music theory classes, and they have grown to love theory.
