About Elisabeth

While it is not easy to learn an instrument we want to give our students a happy learning experience that puts a smile on their face and will be treasured for a lifetime.

We strife to make music learning fun while helping each student reach his/her indivudual goal and potential.

We provide oportunities to perform at recitals, at outreach concerts and at stores for the holidays.

I enjoy meeting people of all ages and helping them learn and enjoy playing music. I have a passion for teaching and performing music on my violin. It's where I'm in my element and forget time!

When I taught my own children and their friends. Then more seriously from 2005 after graduating from college with a violin performance degree.

I have a bachelors degree in violin performance and graduate studies in string pedagogy.

I have twenty years of experience in music teaching of these ten years at my own music teaching studio.

About the lesson

If a student has previous experience on the instrument I have them play something they know for me.

If a student is a complete beginner I start with technique and playing simple folk tunes.

All ages from 6 to 66 years old.

Beginner students and many who are in middle or high school orchestra and want to learn more.

One student is now at CU Denver and was accepted into Gregory Walker's String Ensemble.

We have recently performed for the seniors at Sunrise of Westminster and have seen many faces light up while they listened to our music.
