About Kellie

Kellie began practicing Pilates in 2007. After experiencing a transformation in her own body, she decided she couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share Pilates with others. In 2008 she began teaching and truly studying the Pilates method. Kellie is currently an apprentice of Balanced Body University and she continues to train regularly and further her education. Kellie is a diverse instructor with teaching experience in Mat, equipment and Barre. Kellie has recently moved to beautiful Kailua from Illinois to be with her husband. Kellie enjoys working with clients at all levels and takes great care to ensure their goals are being met. The clients' needs are Kellie’s number one focus, and whether it's private training or group classes, she will work closely with you to help you reach your fitness goals. Kellie's laugh is contagious, and you can't help but smile when you're around her! After just one class with Kellie, you'll feel her passion for Pilates and fitness, and experience her fantastic energy!

I love Pilates and I love teaching Pilates to everyone! Pilates is so great for your body and will extend your body's ability to move, as well as preform your daily activities. Pilates is the best compliment to all your other activities. Pilates will help you find joy in movement!

I started praciting Pilates while going through a terrible divorce, Pilates saved me! Once I experienced Pilates for myself I knew I had to share this with other people.

I am trained in Pilates utilizing the Mat, Reformer, Tower, Jumpboard, Chair, Cadillac, and Arc. I also have training in Barre & Barre Fusion. I enjoy working with Pre & Post-Natal clients and have taken several workshops in this area. I have participated in several Franklin Method workshops as well.

About the lesson

I like to understand a clients history and goals. I can then design the session to that individuals needs.

I love working with all levels of experience, all ages from expecting moms, new moms, men, women, children, athletic, not athletic you name it! Pilates is for everyBODY!
