About Laura

I have recently competed my honours in a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne with a major in History. I have a real passion for studying and learning, and am able to find the fun in even the difficult parts of history and English. Writing is also my passion, and having completed both English and English Literature throughout year 12 I have lots of essay practice. My understanding of structures ensures I can help anyone write a perfect essay that fully encapsulates their range of ideas.

About the lesson

I have a student first approach, focusing on prioritising progress and understanding. I like to work with students to ensure full clarity is attained before moving on. Progress not perfection is my motto! As a 2021 graduate I have a full understanding of the expectations of high school and VCE, and am able to help both academically and emotionally with the pressures these can bring.
