Quality Muay Thai & Taekwondo Instruction with over 30 years of experience. 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. 9 years Muay Thai training under Kru Mark. Student learning oritented, tailoring the program to meet student needs and goals.

Martial Arts is my passion in life. I feel that it’s what I’ve been put on this planet to do. I approach it with all my heart and I get tons of satisfaction seeing students accomplish things they thought were impossible.
I was the child of a military family growing up and had to move all over the world, never staying in one place. I was always moving schools and Martial Arts was the only real constant in my life. I would train at the local studios and take what I learned to the next placed I moved to.

About the lesson

Introduce myself and have a sit down discussing student needs and goals. Finding a plan of action and enacting the plan. New students will start with basic techniques and proceed with new material as they grasp the technique.
I’ve worked with students as young as 18 months in a parent/child joint class. I’ve taught a 3-4 year old class, 5-6 year old class, 7-12 year olds, and adults. My oldest adult student was 67 years old.
I always advise my students to set a goal they want for themselves. Training and just going through the motions is much different than measuring your progress toward a specific goal.
