About Linda

I have over 15 years experience teaching. I guide my students to become confident cooks. We start with the basics and work our way up. Every class is tailored individually to the students needs.

I started teaching my kids and then others followed. I enjoy teaching. It brings me joy and fulfills me as an instructor to see my students progress and watch them grow.

Degree in Fashion Design

Degree in Culinary Arts both Savory & Baking/Pastry

About the lesson

Start with the basic and figure out what direction the students would like to go in. Every student is an individual and that's the way I teach.

All types of students from 8 year olds to adults, both male and female.

Work with someone who you feel comfortable with and makes you feel relaxed. It should be enjoyable and not stressful.

I was super proud the day I debuted my collection as a graduate student from FIDM. Everything after that has been a blessing.

Doing a portfolio show to food industry executives and demonstrating my culinary skills.
