About
Hello! My name is Will, and I’m a 24 year old opera singer. I studied at the Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University for my undergraduate education, and got my masters in Voice at Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. I love helping singers of any age and skill level; I’m very energetic, and my favorite thing to do is help people find out what they love to sing and sing it better. I have experience singing and teaching English, French, Italian, and German diction and style. For the aspiring classical singer, I am happy to figure out with an individual student what works best for them, whether it be formal bel canto technique books or a more flexible approach. No two minds or voices are the same, and I’ve been lucky enough to work with a wide variety of both.
My focus is always on ease of production and personal insight; technique only works if it is right for the individual. Everyone deserves to feel good about their singing, and if Classical or Golden Age techniques are what you’d like to sing, I would love to help.
