About Kira

Kiras Lessons is simply a voice/ opera training services runned by Kira Viveiros! She has had 10 years of opera training from Rowan university and her mother who was a former opera singer and local house music artist in the 90s. She doesn't just teach you how to sing but teaches you how to improve as an artist and exceed past the limitations you never expected you could!

Started teaching friends and family until more and more people wanted to learn the techniques I have acquired throughout the years.

Opera training from Rowan University for 2 years and 8 years with her mother who preformed opera professionally.

About the lesson

First, teach them breathing techniques and exercises to increase their lung compacity and to make it easier to create desired notes

Second, get into vocal exercises and to personally find out where the student is struggling and succeeding.

Further lessons will be specific to the student and their needs.

I have worked with students who have had no singing experience at all to those who play in theatre and have had training in the past. I am a fond believer than anyone can sing. Some are naturally good and others need that extra help to achieve their desired goal!

Make sure they are patient but honest. A teacher who doesn't show honesty even if it is criticism someone might not to hear at least it is to tell them to grow and further their education.
