About Joshua Taylor

Hey There:) Im Joshua Taylor Hamilton, 38 years old and a classically trained tenor.

Teaching voice and watching people progress is my passion. I love to help others. I bring 20 years of performing experience in the business ranging from Broadway National Tours (Monty Python's Spamalot, and Mamma Mia!), Regional Theatre (Les Miserable, Ragtime, Footloose), Cruise Ships (Norwegian, Holland America, Princess). Opera (La traviata, Aida, Carmen), TV/Commercial work. And worked as an a cappella vocalist for Disneyland LA and Shanghai Disney. All with a wide variety of singing styles and sounds. I've been super lucky to travel all over the world to almost 90 countries and see many beautiful theatres around the country. I hope to bring my vocal knowledge and stage experience to anyone who has the passion to learn. Come at me! Let's have some fun, laugh, and collaborate.

I love people and I love collaborating with other people to make powerful art.

About the lesson

Half off the first lesson to see if we vibe. I like to practice safety first. We'll obviously work on many things involving vocal technique but I also wanna hear you sing whatever you feel comfortable with. We can work on any style you like. I'm here to help you find YOUR SOUND and help you to feel confident. This is not gonna be your boring voice lesson every week. I want to help you get to a high level and help you to feel great about what we're working on together. YOU DICTATE the lesson how you'd like it to go, I help you build on that.

Please find a teacher with EXPERIENCE in the business. And make sure to find a teacher who wants to protect your voice. People who've done the job actually want to help you. Not just take your money.
