About Ersan
I started playing football as a child star at the age of 7. I took part in professional youth teams. And I was captain of all school teams in middle school, high school and university. When I choosing my career, I chose to be an engineer. Advice “Never give up on your dreams.”
Soccer is a team game played with tactical intelligence. Heavy workouts at early age causes fatigue and stress on muscles. That's why I care about working on fundamentals and skills. Conditioning and athleticism will find balance as age progresses.
- I focused on 4-4-2 / 4-3-3 tactics and positions.
- Work on ball control, passing and receiving, shooting, dribbling, heading.
- I train people according to the position they are good at.
- I train player in flow and directing game. (this is the most important thing be professional mind)
- I’d like to show you legendary players who will be inspired by similar playstyles.
Good nutrition+good sleep+optimal exercise=success and happiness
