About Coach AT

Hi! I am a Sports Performance Coach that specialize in Fitness, Agility, Speed, Strength, Coordination, and Sports Specific training tailored to your athlete. Training sessions are at my location in Cartersville, Ga. I bring high energy, passion, and love to each session, all you bring is hard work and coachability. In addition to the athletic side, I am certified Math Instructor (middle grades thru high school) and proud graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) Go Jackets! Most honorable, I am the husband to a wonderful God-fearing woman who has given me four brilliant healthy children to father. My home and heart are full, but I couldn’t ask for a better blessing than the love of family. My personal and professional experiences equip me to give the best service and training every single session. Call/Text me now, to schedule the most unique session. I really enjoy using what I learned as a student athlete in high school, college, and my professional training preparation and experience post college, to develop/enhance the abilities of my clients. I have been blessed to play at the D-1 level, train at the Olympic and Professional level, and have championship rings from my experiences. I really enjoy working with all athletes and helping them reach their goals for championship level mindset. I am blessed to be a blessing. I can not wait to get started with you!!

-Received a Full Athletic Scholarship to play football at GT (Georgia Tech), 2005

-Graduated from GT (Georgia Tech), 2010

-Worked 6 years as a Patient Advocate and Performance Training Assistant , Atlanta, GA

-Certified Coach, Personal Trainer, Performace Trainer

-Coached High School Level Football, Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball and Track & Field.

-Currently Training Every Sport, Every Movement, Every Athlete, Everywhere!!

About the lesson

I must get to know my athletes on a personal level first. I want them to tell me what their SWOT are first. I also pick their brains about education and life goals.

Then, I test there mobility, flexiblity and techniques. I allow the athlete to show me what they do without my coaching. Once I understand my athlete, we go to Work!!

I am currently training athletes in Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Tennis, and Baseball.

I also have trained some super athletes in Soccer and Lacrosse.

I train Every Sport, Every Athlete, Every Movement!

Details

My hourly rate for one session is $60.00. My session last 1 hour and 30 minutes. I offer money saver packages ; 2 sessions for $80.00 or 3 sessions for $100.00 within the same week. If you have teammate or partner, bring them on for the same price (up to 4 athletes per 1hr 30min session) at the group session rate. Rates vary via locations. Ask me for details or clarification of this.
