About Kyle
Typically, my sessions run for about an hour or so and I always start off with a good warm up, then the session is all about honing a players technique. This entails drills that will improve the players dribbling skills, first touch, passing with the left and right foot, improved shooting, 1 0n 1 defending and hand eye coordination. I pride myself in helping players develop several skills that will improve their confidence and therefore performance on the soccer field. Throughout my career I have played nearly every position on the soccer field (besides goalie) so i know the importance of developing several skills needed to succeed on the field.
I was fortunate enough to play professional soccer for 4.5 years and I understand the work and commitment needed to advance to the next level, whether that be from the 3rd division to the 1st division club soccer, junior varsity to varsity level, or college to professional. My individual or small group sessions are specifically catered to the individual and are very demanding mentally and physically.
1 on 1 and small group training is specifically rewarding to me because all of my clients are taught specific techniques in a very intimiate setting, unlike their team training which consits of over 10 players and 1 coach running the session. In 1 hour of work my trainees attain several hundred more touches on the soccer ball than they would in a normal team training. The progression and conifidence I see in my trainees after only a few sessions drives me to grow this beautiful game and learn from very talented players!
