About Jake
All athletes are different. Taking the time to identify each player's nuances is an important, yet overlooked, component of coaching. I will tailor sessions to the individual and identify the primary areas where one-on-one coaching can be most valuable.
20+ years of experience playing the game up through the collegiate level.

Learn about the areas the athlete would like to improve.
Align these improvement areas with skillsets needed for the athlete's primary position.
Focus on 1-2 skills per session in order to dedicate an appropriate amount of time
As sessions progress, if other relevant areas of improvement are identified, they will be worked into the sessions
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Determine your committment level, be honest about your weaknesses as well as your strengths, understand that the mental game is as important as the physical when it comes to soccer. Sessions will work on training your mindset as much as your technical abilities.
