I used to Coach basketball and so I can get a little picky when it comes to what I want my son doing, but Strength 2 Strength exceeded my expectations and and went above and beyond with him, identifying his weaknesses and working with him every week to be a better ball player. I’ve never heard anything like it, so I got on the phone with one of the directors and they were able to walk me through each program. I especially appreciate Coach Vincent and his time. He comes to every training with energy and specific drills for my son.
