About Suzette

Invidualized sport training for skateboarding, skiing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, windsurfing, soccer and girls lacrosse. Our coaches have excelled within the sports and within coaching. Backgrounds in the biological sciences enhances the programing to ensure high levels of performance driven training. Over 100 years of experiece within our staff.

The excitment our staff has in helping our students realize their potential is evident in the energy brought to every aspect of the training protocols: physical, emotional and mental.

Our staff have worldwide, college and club experience and have national coaching licenses.

Seeing an athlete enjoying their sport and gaining confidence in what they do is so important. This is the number one reason owe keep coaching and teaching.

My love of sport led to a life long desire to see others have the same passion for sports.

MA in Exercise Science

29 years of coaching soccer and lacrosse at the youth, HS, Club and College level.

About the lesson

1) 1 v 1 interview to outline goals

2) Evaluation of current skills - usually via film

3) Progress Planning to set the schedule

4) Synchronous and Asynchronous Training schedule

5) Set timelines for re-evaluation

Club, Youth, Middle School, High School and Collegiate

Perfect! Breann is an awesome trainer! She is patient and communicates well with my 10 yr old son and 13 yr old daughter. The skill trainings she provides is improving their footwork, speed, and overall confidence. We have already seen improvement at their games.

Perfect! The trainer is absolutely amazing! She made a great connection with my 11 year old daughter. She loves going to her one-on-one trainings. The trainer is so experienced and knowledgeable. She has even worked with my 5 year old. She is very flexible, always ready to go when we get there and continues to work with my daughter until she gets it. She explains things to her clearly, and asks her questions to help her understand what she did or didn’t do correctly. She is also great at answering questions my husband and I have for her regarding soccer. We will continue using Breann as long as we can. We are so happy to have found her.😊
