About Erika

Hola, my name is Erika Tucker. My first language is Spanish. I migrated to USA 16 years ago and then I understood that learning English will open great opportunities in this country. Reason why, I would love to walk with you in this journey and together make that dream come true. Aprender Espanol!

My passion has been helped others in many different ways but helping others to learn my language is one of my favorites.

I like to be a bilingual friend rather than an instructor.

I like to make this space safe and fun to learn with songs, movies, restaurants, sports, etc. there are many different ways to learn but not like living in a real life and I make sure that it happens.

Moving to USA made me feel comfortable to start helping people to learn my Language. Spanish!

Born and raised in Bogota-Colombia.

Helped in 2007 people to learn Spanish.

Perfect! I not only learned so much working with Erika, I also had so much fun. She provided me with helpful exercises to do on my own and then we would go over them together with her patient explanations of the intricacies and anomalies of a language. Erika had helpful suggestions for how I could further my own studies, and was just so enthusiastic and supportive that I’ll always treasure my time spent with her.
