Experienced tutor in Spanish in Redondo Beach, Karen offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

All 3 of my children worked with Karen throughout middle school and high school. She motivated them to enjoy the experience of learning a new language, instead of dreading it! She talked my son Izzy into to taking Spanish at the advanced level and he loved it. My two daughters were more challenging, however, when THEY wanted to give up...KAREN did NOT. She has been our motivational tool for several years. My kids are now in college and continue to study the language because of Karen! We have had so many tutors throughout the years, and Karen is by far the favorite!

I am an adult learner who never took Spanish class when I was a kid. I am over 50, and I love learning Spanish with Karina. She knows my strengths and my weaknesses. I am a nurse, so I appreciate her being flexible and working with me at crazy hours! Ella es incréible!!

Karen is so awesome! She not only is smart, she was the motivating key for me to learn Spanish. She is so kind, and so patient when she had to repeatedly remind me that it is a foreign language, and does not come easy to everyone. She used a very unique method to help me memorize verbs and vocabulary. In school, the teachers just rushed through the lesson and expected everyone to get it. She made learning Spanish FUN! I learned more from her in a short time than I learned in school for 5 years. She is the best!

She has so much energy and passion for the spanish language! We would do the assignments provided by the teacher, however, Karina would re-teach the concept that I learned class. I could not understand the teacher but I could understand Karen because she always provided an example in English so I could see the connection!

She is AWESOME, I could not gotten through 4 years of Spanish without her. She always made the lesson fun, and she taught me to make connections with the language. I am now taking college level spanish and actually enjoying it because of Karen! She be the bomb!
