Experienced tutor in Spanish in San Francisco, Esteban offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

My two sons have taken Spanish lessons with Esteban over the last three years. Esteban has a very engaging manner and is able to hold my sons’ attention throughout the lessons. His lessons are well-thought out. I appreciate the fact that my sons are conversing in Spanish and reading aloud. I am impressed by their accents as well. I highly recommend Esteban as a tutor.

Esteban has been my son’s Spanish tutor for the past four years and has continuously been a positive influence in my son’s learning.

With regard to his professionalism, Esteban is extremely reliable, responsive and communicative. In terms of his teaching ability, I can say that my son actually enjoys his weekly sessions with Esteban. Esteban has a calm, positive manner and finds creative ways to explore the Spanish language through reading, writing and conversation. My son never liked to speak in Spanish (despite having decent comprehension) but, with Esteban, he’s extremely comfortable in conversation. Esteban has even taken him on outings to local businesses to practice interactions in Spanish.

He is my sons' spanish tutor and has been for about six years. He is encouraging to the children, and I feel that he knows how to create the lessons they need to fill any gaps in learning from school. He works well with my children's teachers and the boys are always happy to spend time with him and they never complain about their tutoring sessions.

My wife and I have been learning Spanish with Esteban for over 2 years now (at first in person and now via Skype). Esteban is a fantastic teacher; the pace of learning is just right, scheduling is simple and flexible, the mix of conversation, grammar and vocabulary review has been perfect and we've really improved a lot! We've also appreciated the times where Esteban prepared lessons covering professional vocabulary for our own specific work environments. If you are interested in learning or improving your Spanish, I highly recommend working with Esteban either in person or via Skype.

If you want to learn Spanish in an easy and fun way, I would highly recommend Esteban. He explains things clearly and comes prepared with a plan that teaches a lot in an hour. He is easy to work with and his fees are reasonable and good value.
