About the lesson

Start with phone conversation, then in person meeting and assessment. Based on the athletes' assessment and goals, I formulate a plan and guidelines for how to achieve those goals.

Beginners, intermediates and elites, young and old.

Look for someone who cares about you and your performance, has credentials and experience in the field and a track record of helping athletes achieve their dreams and goals. Communication is critical to any successful coach athlete: clarify communication styles and methods.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
