About Crystal
My services is unique because i teach with the belief that each student is different and there is "no one way" when it comes to aquatics! I plan my lessons as we go so that we can spend more time on areas that need improvement. I focus on technique,endurance, and stamina right from the start. Proper form shouldn't be taught later as it is always a fundamental part of learning to swim safely. I set individual goals for each swimmer and we work at the swimmers pace toward those goals. Each swimmer will struggle with different parts of their swimming training and will each benefit from my lessons in different ways. Having over 25 years experience makes me very flexible and versatile in my teach techniques and style. Most of swimming is psychological, but there are other major factors that come into play include your body build, breathing, physical strength or stamina, your experience with water and many other personal audience that influence your ability to be successful in the water. I cover a very wide range of information and numerous teaching tools that work with every age and skill level. I will often give practice exercise out the water that help achieve faster and stronger progress in the lessons as well. Im invested in your goal and am very passionate about every one's ability, comfort and success in the water!! I take the time and I care for each swimmer on personal level! I give each student the experience they need to learn and you dont find that in most swimming "factories" or schools.😉
Everything! Sharing knowledge and pushing a swimmer to become healthier, faster, stronger, more confident, and fall more in love with thier swimming experience is the most rewarding feeling i could ask for!

We start with the basics. Water safety and proper technique are all dependent on a few simple things, willingness, confidence, body position, correct breathing, and learning efficient stroke movements vs unefficient. One on one lessons allow for a unique approach to each student. 25yrs experience has offered me 2 decades of teaching tools, drills, knowledge, practice and approaches that are not taught in instructor courses.
