Jeff taught me the breast stroke. I'm a freestyle swimmer but wanted to add it to my repertoire. He was excellent, going through the stroke and breathing step by step and then putting it all together. He achieved this in half an hour. Now I can swim the breast stroke the way it is SUPPOSED to be!!

I liked that Jeff is a gifted teacher and coach. He has a planned outline for each week which involves a review of past lessons and then introduces new tasks to be learned that day. Jeff works with each student whatever their level may be, raising them up in both performance and proficiency. He displays calmness and compassion when students are having difficulty and is supportive and enthusiastic when effort is made and goals are reached. What I like most is that Jeff has helped me to calm down and become much more comfortable in the water, which apparently is the key to making progress in my learning to swim. I'm happy that I finally had the sense to sign up for the help that I needed.
