About Oscar

I like to see my students succeed and develop as tennis players. I have worked with people of all ages and different levels. From beginners to advanced players, I put 100% in every practice while also making it fun. Based on the client's goals, I adjust my practices in a manner that satisfies the customer.

I have started teaching in Bolivia. While I was trying to play competitions, I needed more money for paying for the tennis expenses. I have started giving lessons, and I have realized that coaching and seeing my students succeed bring me more joy than becoming a professional player. Thus, I have decided to focus more on coaching.

I have played tennis since I was 10 years old. Being born in Bolivia, I have decided to come to the US to attend a college and play college tennis. I have played college tennis at Ottawa University, Kansas. I have coached at Kim Grant Tennis Academy in California and at Genesis Health Clubs in Kansas.

About the lesson

The first time we meet, we will just discuss the client's goals and discuss pricing, location, schedule, etc. I will evaluate the client's level and the main areas that need improvement so I can create a plan for the future practices.

I have worked with students of all ages and all levels. From 4 year old kids to adults 50+. From beginners to advanced levels and teenagers that want to pursue a professional career.

My son has worked with Oscar for 2 years. Oscar is a complete coach that has knowledge in all the tennis aspects. He has worked a lot on my son's footwork, thing that not many coaches are able to improve.

I like to rally with Oscar a lot. He runs after every ball and never misses. I have improved so much by just hitting with him.

I have just started working with Oscar and he is great. I do not play tennis too well, but I wanted to start learning it instead of going to the gym. This is much better than a workout! I have actually started to play better and I enjoy the game much more than before!
