About Jane
Glad you’re here!
I have 19 years of experience on the violin, and over 5 years of private teaching and tutoring. I have a degree in Violin Performance from Utah Valley University.
Having studied under the award-winning Dr. Donna Fairbanks at UVU and with Jack Ashton in my earlier years, I am highly proficient at performing & teaching.
My passion is teaching children how to grow their love of music regarding, violin techniques and skills, memorization & performing qualities.
I teach from the Suzuki method and other theory study books.
I personalize my teaching for each student depending on their knowledge and preparation.
My teaching is positive, uplifting and calm. I believe all valuable learning comes from a loving place.
