About Annie
I love making music with all my heart, and I love seeing other people with that same love and helping them uncover the wonderful multitudes of classical music. When learning music it's very easy to get discouraged and give up, so I always do my best to keep learning an enjoyable thing by maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment for my students to learn in, and taking my time to get to know what I need to be a more effective teacher.
I also believe very firmly that music should not be reserved for those who can afford it, so my lesson rates are extremely flexible so no one has to be left out.
I have been playing violin and viola for over 12 years and during that time have been involved with multiple orchestras and ensembles (most notably, the Blue Mountain Chamber Music Festival) for almost 10 years, and I have been a part of my quartet for 7 years.
Currently, I am studying Music Performance in MCCC.
