About Skye
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music with a concentration in Vocal Performance and have spent over 7 years teaching students of all levels. My background includes both classical and contemporary vocal training, and I’ve worked with learners preparing for competitions, performances, and personal musical goals. I’ve also performed as a soloist and ensemble singer in live and studio settings, bringing practical experience to every session. As a tutor, I blend structure with encouragement. I know that every singer has a unique voice and learning style, and I tailor my methods accordingly. I prioritize vocal health and long-term improvement, always aiming to build technique without rushing progress. I also work on musical expression, helping singers truly connect with what they’re performing. My goal is for students to sound their best while feeling at ease and empowered. My students have ranged from young beginners to adult singers returning to music after years away. I believe strongly that progress is built on patience, trust, and the right guidance. Nothing is more fulfilling than watching a student find their voice, both musically and personally.
