About Mikko
Friendly, respectful and tolerant Cosmopolitan with over 20 years of experience in the teacher role. I have taught to a very diverse range of audiences, including university students, older adults as well as school pupils (I have primary school teaching experience in Finland and abroad). I combine traditional teaching methods with a hands-on, novel approach grounded in scientific Discoveries about embodiment (involving learning-by-performing, we maximize your brain functioning and unconscious potential).
My teaching method is empowerment-based and aimed at helping you to ultimately become your own language teacher. Optionally, it includes a thorough assessment of your learning style and preferences as well as the language skills you already have.
