About Jingjing
I started Chinese Traditional Kung Fu when I was 11 years old. Then started Yoga and Taichi in my 20s, and then became a yoga teacher. Reiki started my energy healing journey when I met the 5th generation master, who became my Reiki teacher when I was 27 years old. In my 30s, I started traveling overseas, teaching yoga, taichi and offering reiki treatment. Anyone who ever attended my class can feel tangible outcomes. My goal is to help you build up a self-care routine and discover an authentic self- the best version of you. I am also a Rongoa (Maori Traditional Medicine) practitioner. I currently live in New Zealand, offering classes, workshops and online courses to help people achieve holistic health.

Each session is 30 minutes to one hour, depending on how you feel and your goal. With step-by-step instructions to follow along, focusing on the goal you set and your needs arising at the present moment. You learn from your experience. All students can feel the immediate relaxation and grounding effect.
