About Kadence
With 12 years of private training in both voice and piano and a decade of experience on the musical theater stage, I bring a wealth of technical knowledge and performance "know-how" to every lesson. My background isn't just in the classroom; I have served as an Assistant Director and Music Director for multiple musical productions and spent time teaching at a professional music academy, giving me a deep understanding of how to inspire and manage young performers. Currently a Criminal Justice major at Sam Houston State University, I balance the discipline and focus of my studies with a fresh, energetic teaching style that connects with kids in a way traditional instructors often can't. My approach combines healthy vocal technique and piano fundamentals with the fun of performance, helping students build the confidence to shine both on and off the stage.
