About Sharika

I’m Sharika Zaman, a passionate and high-achieving Year 9 student dedicated to helping younger learners succeed in English. I have earned full marks across school subjects, straight A grades, and study the English Extension elective at just 14 years old. My writing achievements include winning a $2000 Blog Writing Competition scholarship and a $1000 Climate Change Essay award, as well as receiving the Future Leaders Climate Change Award. Beyond academics, I actively contribute to my school community: I volunteer to tutor IEC students on a different campus, helping them strengthen their English and confidence; I participate in Model United Nations, Army Cadets, and public speaking and debating workshops, all of which sharpen my leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
