About Vaughn
I am an experienced Biology tutor with a BSc in Biology and over 15 years of teaching students at school and university levels. I am passionate about making complex biological processes clear, engaging, and meaningful. My focus is on helping students truly understand how life develops and functions.
I specialize in developmental biology and embryology, guiding students through each stage with simple explanations and clear biological models. I teach key concepts such as cell differentiation, morphogenesis, organogenesis, and genetic regulation in a structured way. By using comparative embryology, I help students see patterns and connections across different organisms.
My lessons are designed to make abstract processes easier to visualize and understand. I use diagrams, step by step explanations, and real examples to support learning. This approach helps students build confidence and think more deeply about biology.

I cover core topics like cell biology, genetics, and physiology along with areas such as ecology, ecosystems, biodiversity, and environmental conservation. I explain how living systems interact with each other and their surroundings in a structured way. This helps students see the bigger picture of life on Earth.
My lessons include diagrams, flowcharts, and real-life examples to make concepts easy to understand. I guide students step by step so they can follow even the most complex processes. Regular feedback is a key part of my teaching.
I strongly support students who aim to work in research, laboratory sciences, and analytical fields. I help them understand detailed biological processes and develop strong observation and interpretation skills. This builds confidence for both exams and practical work.
