About Knox
I am a Computer Programming tutor with more than 8 years of teaching experience and have successfully taught over 550 students. Throughout my career, I have helped learners develop strong coding abilities while building confidence in software development and technical problem-solving.
My teaching philosophy emphasises learning through implementation because programming is best mastered through practice. I create structured learning pathways that guide students from foundational concepts to advanced software development techniques while maintaining an engaging and supportive environment.

My Computer Programming lessons focus on helping students build strong technical foundations through project-based learning, coding exercises, and practical software development experiences. I teach Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Data Structures, Algorithms, Database Systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and Web Development using a structured and industry-relevant approach.
Students work on real-world projects that simulate professional software development environments. Lessons include debugging techniques, code optimisation, application development, software design principles, and problem-solving challenges that strengthen logical reasoning and programming confidence. Every concept is reinforced through practical implementation to ensure long-term understanding and skill development.
I also provide support for assignments, coursework, software projects, technical interviews, internship preparation, portfolio development, and career guidance.
