I am aware that my expertise is in Islamic Finance which is a difficult financial system to understand by above average delegates, those who are experienced financial background are comparing and relating the Islamic system with the conventional system those are less likely to accept an alternative system, my methodology is apply the logic and gradually bring those experts to a apply the Islamic system into their own organization. I never feel more energized than after a class that has become interactive I design my courses to bring out from the delegates
The ability to convert theoretical into practical, empirical and normative, comparative and specific, and an important measure of a delegate’s success is his or her capacity. I am more interested in developing a delegate capacity to structure new products which able to implement and reach higher profit.
