About Arlo
I am a dedicated Guitar tutor with 17 years of experience teaching students from school, college, and working professional backgrounds. I am passionate about music and enjoy guiding students in their learning journey. My teaching style focuses on communication, flexibility, and step-by-step learning.
I adjust my lessons based on each student’s pace and goals. I focus on building a strong foundation in chords, rhythm, and techniques. In addition to Guitar, I teach music theory, rhythm exercises, chord structures, and song learning.
These subjects help students improve their overall musical understanding. I also encourage creativity and self-expression. I create a friendly and motivating environment where students feel confident. My aim is to make learning guitar simple and enjoyable.

My Guitar teaching approach is centred on Communication, Creativity, and Flexibility. I believe clear communication helps students learn faster, so I explain all concepts in an easy and structured way. I focus on building strong fundamentals like chords, scales, and rhythm.
Creativity plays an important role in my classes, where I include different styles of music and fun activities to keep students engaged. I also encourage students to develop their own style.
Flexibility allows me to customise lessons based on individual needs, whether the student is a beginner or advanced. I also cover music theory and ear training to improve their overall skills and confidence.
