About Howard
I am a Canadian and work as an International Freelance Water Resources Consultant on projects in many countries around the world. I was an international teacher that applied English as a second language skills in the instruction of Chemistry, Math and Physics. I worked in various institutions/schools in Europe for 4 years. After this time I was employed by a UK engineering consultancy as a Principal Hydrogeologist, Groundwater Modeler and Water Quality Specialist for over 14 years. A part of this work was to train and build capacity with counterpart staff in developing countries and international organizations. Therefore I have long experience of teaching in a number of capacities and disciplines. Many of my students attained senior staff positions in their organizations.

International consultant with BSc Chemistry and BSc Earth Science (Hydrogeology speicalization) with teaching experience in international institutions offers lessons in Chemistry and its application in the monitoring of key constituents in natural systems, laboratory analysis and treatment in particular the applications to Hydrogeology and Water Quality. This also includes surface and groundwater systems analysis including field applications defining hydraulic data from surface water tests and pumping tests conducted in groundwater systems.
