About Atebije
I’m Atebije Wisdom Uredojo, a B.Sc. Mathematics graduate with postgraduate training in Economics and experience tutoring students.
I teach Mathematics because I believe difficulty with the subject is often a matter of approach, not ability. My goal is to make Mathematics clear, practical and less intimidating by breaking difficult concepts into simple, logical steps.
I meet every student at their current level, identify learning gaps and patiently build their understanding, problem-solving skills and confidence.
Whether your goal is to improve grades, strengthen foundational skills or simply become more confident in Mathematics, I’m here to help you move from “I don’t understand this” to “I can solve it.”

I believe every student can become confident in Mathematics when the subject is explained in a way that connects with how they think and learn.
My approach is student-centered, practical and structured. I first identify the student’s current level, strengths and learning gaps, then build each lesson around those needs. I break complex mathematical ideas into simple, logical steps and use examples, guided practice, questions and real-life applications to help students understand the “why” behind each concept, not just memorize formulas.
I encourage students to think aloud, explain their reasoning and attempt problems independently.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes: a brief review, introduction of the new concept, guided examples, independent practice and a short recap.
I hold a B.Sc. in Mathematics and have postgraduate training in Economics, with experience in academic research and mathematics tutoring. I teach Primary and Secondary students, generally from ages 6–18, and can support learners preparing for school examinations, strengthening foundational skills, improving problem-solving ability or simply becoming more confident in Mathematics.
My goal is simple: to help students move from “I don't understand Mathematics” to “I can solve this.
